Will I get banned?

I was banned for two weeks back in July this year and I've been on good behavior since the ban went off and I was even told my account status has improved. A few minutes ago, I got into a queue and someone banned Camille when I planned on playing her top like any logical human being would. I was pissed off of course and I said "What the f*** is your problem?" and they literally responded with "What is with your attitude?". At that point I told them "To go f*** yourself" and dodged the champion select. I heard saying such a thing is an instaban worthy and so I just want to know if I'll get banned or not already.

No. The automated system doesn't see pregame chat and the other person can't actually report you unless they take the time to write in a support ticket. And even then, as your two week ban was over 3 months ago, you wouldn't be banned for it.

The only thing you will have to worry about is your language which could have went into game.... Quite a few just ban camille anyways, so getting huffed up about that isnt needed.

That and if you dodge too many champ selects in a such and such amount of time they tend to put you in low priority queue and have you sit and wait for 20-25 minutes before you can go into a game and youll have to do 5 games just to get rid of that timer.

I don't think that a player even gets the option to report anyone for a dodged match without having to go the extra mile themselves, and I would kinda doubt that what you said/did would be enough to get them worked up enough to take the time. Then again, some people are really THAT petty.

As said already, people are very likely to ban Camille because of how strong she is. Unless you are able to first pick her and there is no chance that the enemy could get her, it is safest to ban her because she is that strong right now.

Also, the fact that she is new is a VERY common reason for her to get banned because many players have not had enough time to become efficient at playing new champions. Even if you have, your teammates are not likely to be efficient at playing WITH them, which is also a very important factor. This shouldn't be as big of an issue in Normal matches because you have to be able to learn to play them somewhere, but in Ranked, ... yeah, you probably shouldn't even try.
