Punished Players Cannot Gain Mastery Levels 6 and 7.

My Personal Situation I was chat restricted for 10 games about a week ago because I went off on my support. I had a bad day and flamed somebody and was rightfully punished. I am no longer able to gain any rewards including keys, chests, and mastery tokens. I understand keys and chests as they are a reward system in the game. I however do not believe that mastery tokens for level 6 and 7 should be considered rewards but rather a display of personal skill.

What I Ask I would enjoy if some members of Riot look into the possibility of players who have been punished by the Tribunal to be eligible for Rank 6 and 7 mastery tokens. Players who have been punished by the Tribunal are still able to gain Mastery Ranks 1-5 due to its non-gifting process. However, a player who has been punished is ineligible for rank 6-7 tokens regardless of how many S-, S, or S+ games they have with the champions. I do not know if this is due to the fact that it registers with hextech crafting in some way, but I would appreciate if it was looked into.

tl;dr: Punished players cannot recieve mastery 6 or 7 tokens and I am slightly salty that 1 bad game makes me ineligible for my mastery even though I have around 250k Lux mastery.
