I was perma-banned for third party software with 0 warning and I still don't know why.

If anyone can elaborate this for me please do but today I logged in and saw my account was banned for "prohibited third-party software". The closest thing I use to that are programs like Discord or Overwolf, both of which are supported by numerous streamers at high levels. I got no warnings ahead of time, including emails and even though I have submitted a ticket, I don't expect a prompt response. I would like to understand any reason I was banned for third party software and what if anything could have dinged their system with a false positive.

The same thing happened to me a couple of mounths ago. If you were not using scripts (what I got banned for, still don't know what they are lol) then you might have been hacked check your match history. I found out from a friend that some else some how got ahold of my account. Just talk to support it only took us about two days and like 3 or 4 emails to work it out.

Check your match history for any unfamiliar matches.

possibly hacked and someone played with scripts or something

That weird , i also just got perma for third party software without any warning , never use any, never got it before and this account is pretty old .

I got it recently at 11:48 AM submit a ticket to support got a automatic answer.

Anyone else in this situation ? I 'll try with the support for further information about it since they don't say for what reason more than usage of script or third party software.

Edit: monday 26 August update from support " Sorry we don't have anything more to say " ... well ok i guess i gonna keep trying the conversation with them i got in contact with ASRIEL CAULFIELD and NEALYU neither of them help for the problem.

I hope the situation solve later on or at least got more information

Edit : Stll monday after many interaction with support , they basically tell me to accept it and nothing can be done, i really don't know what to do i didn't use any third party software or cheat but i have been flag for it and there nothing i can do ? ..

How about you Op did your situation change ? i'm still with the support trying to talk some sense with him/her

I'm kind of lost atm and i don't know what to do , i don't even know if open a tread on this forum help maybe get some attention idk ..

Edit: 27 August submit a new ticket english support this time got my account unban , i don't know why the last person tell me nothing can be done when the situation got so fast solved
