Will of the Ancients not working?
I have tried building

but it will not proc on his third w auto. I don't know if this is the same for other stacking ability champs eg. 
but is this interaction on purpose or not for this type of ability?

It is an on-hit effect I believe, which means Spell Vamp is not applied.
On-hit effects don't apply spellvamp.
