Report and banning system

I really dont undertand this game and its report system and their banning system. I just got banned for bad behaviour and i dont mean to say that i didnt behave properly. But i really think these 2 systems should be revised and reformed. Im actually a very friendly person in real life and im not violent at all (i actually suffered bullying when i was a kid and used to be beaten by bullys) and i condemn it. But Riot emplyoees and the Tribunal should be more chilled when banning someone for bad behaviour. Usually when i start being offensive towards any team mate its because i have a reason for it, normally that reason being them trolling or doing mistakes i before-hand tried told them not to do and advised otherwise. If u have a real-life perspective, cases like these are not punished. For example, if im working for a company and i start doing a crappy job or if i do something that in some way jeopardizes or damages the company, my boss wont just tell me "Oh, u're fired". That doesn't happen. If this situation would happen not only he would fire me but he would also argue with me and be, in a certain way, offensive towards me because i hindered the company. Other example is when a child starts hurting his brother/sister. The mother/father will not only stop him but they will shout at him at being agressive towards their child. These are normal situatios that happen everyday and i'm sure even Riot bosses and emplyoees are just like this too. So please Riot: STOP PUNISHING PLAYERS FOR FLAMING TROLLING TEAM MATES. Its normal to get mad against someone that is making your team loose or is just being stubborn and doing mistakes a you warned them not to and prejudicing your team with them.

Doing bad plays is not the same as trolling.

Just because you tell someone once, doesn't mean they will miracally remove all the bad habits and bad decision making.

I normally suggest something once, if they can't follow it, too bad. They suck.

you're comparing machine shop with tailoring in this "example"

a more accurate example is if a fellow employee is offensive towards you or does something that hinders the company and instead of going to a supervisor with this, you engage him in an argument that ends up escalating. in this case, you got get punished for your behaviour.

they will also punish the brother and sister if they fight back and make matters worse instead of coming to them first
