Leaver Buster and Aram

I would like to start off by saying I believe the leaver buster is a great thing for constant afkers and trolls but only on the Summoners rift map since an average game is about 30-40 minutes and missing one person can heavily affect a team comp but a problem with the leaver buster system is that it also has the same punishment for people who leave in Aram which is about 10-20 mins of a game and they punish you by making you wait 20 min 5 times which is very infuriating when you just want to play a quick game and you have to babysit your client while wanting to blow your head off. The reason why my Tear of Goddess Is growing ever so bigger is that I mainly play in Aram for an IP farm and I actually enjoy Aram since it’s a faster paced game but I experience a 5-9 min internet disconnection which happens randomly like every once in like 2 hours and I don’t know how to fix it and I have to turn off my router and wait 30 seconds to reconnect but the Leaver Buster system is so harsh that it will put me in low priority que even if I play a lot of games without an internet disconnect. The only thing I wish is that Aram leaver buster should be changed to at least 10 minutes or lower and keep the leaver buster system for Summoners Rift the same
