Exploit Ban?

I know many of the forum users may not believe me and that's understandable they're a legit amount of exploiters or cheaters in the game i wish i could prove to you or the Riot that i do not exploit the game. I have spent so many nights and mornings playing this game because i genuinely think it is a fun game (when you have a good team who actually communicates) and i love trying out new champions because of the play styles and the feel of moving a champ is so freaking satisfying! but alas... i have been perma banned for exploiting... I will start off by saying i have NEVER went out to abuse the game nor did i have any intention too which if that is the case that seems to be RIOTs fault not the player since it is in a game by the developers. I have sent in a ticket demanding an explanation for why i was banned or what exploit i have abused since that is what they're accusing me of. But the ticket reply is always some Bot (high chance it is) just beating around the bush just telling me that i have exploited in the game but never telling me what i have done nor showing me any proof of exploiting. I want to know what i am specifically being accused of so i can dispute the claim. i'll admit im not the best player at league (check my match history) but i'd like to improve and play again Fields of justice? more like Fields of Injustice
