Scripters and Script Sitters in my Games Again

Just had 3 games in a row with scripters in each one. First one had teemo and ashe who were using scripts. Teemo even admitted it. The script just follows them around and barely does anything all game, pings random spots, uses heal at full health then tower dives. Same thing next game with Morgana and an Ashe bot. Morgana tried to protect the bot saying it's just her friend, but then Ashe would glitch out whenever Morgana recalled and turret dive and ping all over the place. Then had an Ezrael that would use abilities whenever they are off cooldown no matter if enemies were around or not, run out of mana every minute, and walk back all the way instead of recalling. The match history of all of them made it pretty obvious, they would buy the same items every game regardless of champion, and go from scores in Co Op like 2/1/10 to 0/15/2 from game to game with the same champion, since their success depends almost entirely on the players helping them stay alive.
