Runescape shows comments made by everyone during that time, but with their names hidden except the chat restricted player.
League should have this, it would make appeals much more easier and players on PB&M would understand the situation a lot more.

Riot doesn't believe in context. It wouldn't change anything.
Fun little fact about the runescape chat logs: with the way they do it, you can know exactly who reported you when (as it always cuts out exactly 10 lines after the person in question reported). Friend used to work for them but quit/started working for blizzard, hence the reason I know.
