Ban Appeal

Hello Riot, now this may sound as a empty plead, but my account has been permanently banned, and this probably sounds like a total lie, but i recently received a 14-suspension for toxic behavior, which i agree whole-heartedly that i deserved. but after receiving that suspension i was quite afraid of losing my account due to such behavior so i began limiting myself to about a game of league a day(besides when the love of my life URF was on :P ) to try and better myself and slowly return to a suitable behavior. So after that event i left town for a day to visit the city( i live in a low populated area and need to go 6 hours out to find things like walmart) but i allowed my younger brother to play some league on my pc, cause it runs smoother then his. days before me and him got into a argument and i assume didnt get over the argument and whilst on my account got upset with a draven game that he was playing in and began to flame his teammates throughout the game and ended up getting me banned :(. i was wondering if there was anything that could be done about this, you can monitor my secondary account Xxdustino14xX if you like to see that i have been attempting to improve my behavior and would like one last shot to prove that i has tried very hard to change my behavior. you could say it is a plead for a second chance, which it is but it is a closely monitored second chance to prove that i have whole-heartedly made behavioral improvements
