My behavior in-game has improved drastically since then.
A combination of fear for a permaban, realising what a %%%% I had been and Riot Tantram communicating with me (most important), reformed me. I was going to ask if I had dropped a punishment tier, but I already know the answer to that.

My brother's last punishment was 25 chat restriction almost 2 years ago, he reformed and had 1 toxic game a few weeks ago and 2 week ban, hope he learned his lesson, GJ on reforming!
One minute after my ban, my ban ended as I played on a different account.
I still flame people who are throwing or making stupid picks, refuse to play ADC if my support won't stop stealing CS, intentionally feed when the game is clearly over but don't admit to it and often AFK farm when the team refuses to surrender, but according to Riot games, I am now reformed.
