It doesn't matter if they flame you if they're in a premade. This is because they will all report you after the game and get you punished no matter what you do. Its impossible to not get punished when u flame a little bit at a premade they will get you punished. Even if you report them you wont get them punished. Its dumb because if you say 1 thing you get punished.... Legit make the systems more fair so that premades don't screw you over everytime....

There is no difference for premades and solo players, all are treated equally.
I dare you to find proof that premades have an easier time getting people puinished than solo-players, or that they get punished less solely because they are premade.

1 report does the same thing as 4 reports or 9 reports. All it does is signal for Riot to check out the reported players behavior.
If you got punished it's because you did something worthy of a punishment, not because you got reported by multiple people in the same game.

reports don't stack tho 9 reports have the same weight at 1 report if all from the same game, cause it only takes 1 to flag the system.
the only reason it seems like the report system is failing is cause a lot of cases go unnoticed , its cause whiny kids like you report anyone who says " your bad" or " why are you still top " or trying to give you some form of constructive criticism. you report them for flaming instantly , there are 1000's of players just like you that flood their system everyday. and a lot of them go unnoticed cause 9/10 cases are just people reporting for something that doesn't even fall under the category of flaming.
