Ranked Dynamic Queue Position Stealing?

I was going to do a follow up submit about the champ selection but the Riot Support options seem different than before... so I decided I'd just throw this in this forum with blurred names! We won this game btw, but I Reported him after for The Passive aggressive option or whatever, the top one...

I just had to tell myself "Ok take jungle don't say anything to him, he's just trying to make you tilt" obviously he trash talked to the enemy team too a bit so there's at least a bit more to the report than "Hey champion select troll" But... Gosh darn it I took these screenshots and wanted to vent a bit about champion select trolling and how it still exists...
