Number of refferals required for punishment[RITO PLS TELL ME]

In the past I have reported people who were trolling, or afk, or whatever, bans can get people restricted, or banned in anyway, I want to know how many people need to agree with me for reporting someone before they get punished. Sometimes I report because they were feeding really hard, but the thing is that I don't know whether they really wanted to kill the enemy carries, or they themselves wanted to die. It can look really similar in game. Please, Please, Please, give some information on how many people need to say yes, or how the computer script reads the chat. If you respond Thank you so much, if not I'll just not feel anything nice.

To answer your question, it really isn't about a certain number of reports.

Obviously I cannot go into the details of the system, but we do take into account that everyone has bad days, and everyone has bad games. With 10 people in a game it greatly increases the chances that you will have someone in your game with a bad day/game. This is why many times it can feel like there are lots of negative people. Especially since humans tend to remember negative experiences much better than neutral or positive. Heck, I've been reported a few times for 'feeding' when I was trying my very best.

The reality is the majority of League of Legends players are pretty good people.

good luck with this - theres only a handful of people that "work" on this. Expect vague answers as they dont understand lytes system - they just kick back and let it work for them.

Example: I just got a chat restriction because I said "you called me a %%%got"

It was a 4 man premade, the system reads it like this... the player called me "%%%ot", I responded with two G's instead. since its a hot word, and the four reported me (after the player threatened to have the premade report me), I get penalized

one report can get someone banned.

The qualifier for whether or not people are banned is if they do the behavior consistently and/or it is serious enough
