Chat Restriction

From my recent experience its become obvious that no one really checks chat logs when your reported for verbal abuse, i got chat restricted for defending a graves whose internet cut out and caused him to be ~14 mins late to game. Sure that's horrible but flaming the guy wont do any good for the ranked game and telling him to go die definitely wont.

But then comes the end of the game, after the 3 other team mates flaming at us and intentionally feeding decide to report us. And bang 3 reports and i get chat restricted and then league sends me my chat logs and i laugh that them because they are no where near as toxic as the other players. My friends even said that "if anything you were trying to remain positive"

i dont really care about the restriction itself but i feel its wrong calling someone who gets restricted part of the 5% of players negative enough to receive one, because sure for some people this is true. However for others they get angry when having to experience verbal abuse and team mates intentionally feeding, and i do admit towards the end i was getting pissy saying things like 'idiot' or 'your just trying to find excuses because you did bad'. And those words are definitely ALOT worse than go die :)

PS: Was the only person who did well on my team :)

TLDR: Fix your bloody system.

Reform card, please?

Riot Games doesn't punish the worst player on the team, they punish people who are displaying negative behaviour. No matter how many people report you, if you didn't say anything punishable, you won't get punished.

If you post your reform card with your chat logs attached, we could give you some constructive advice on what might have caused your chat restrictions. Keep in mind, those were the last three games that were flagged, it takes many more than 3 games to be restricted.

You'll get better feedback of you post the chat log from the reform card.

If you played a clean game and followed the rules and the Summoner's code...this stuff shouldn't be happening.

Post your reform card we can get a better idea instead of the one sided argument you are trying to form to defend your actions.

If you got nailed, there's a very valid reason for it.

The system does indeed work.

Post your reform card. The community can point out where you slipped so future reports will never hit you because you'll know what NOT to do and how to be a better community member.

you're not just a player here, you're part of a gaming community whether you like that or not.

Key words: "not nearly as toxic."

God when will these children understand that it doesn't matter what other people do to you, it never justifies being a toxic PoS. Downvoted
