Chat Restrictions

Basically got chat blocked for 10 games and all i did was defend a Graves whose net cut out during my ranked game. From the logs supplied the worst i said was: "they bitch" and "dont give me ur crap". While the other THREE players on my team were tell graves to go die and would not stop intentionally feeding. Yet i get chat blocked for trying to defend a poor guy who is getting the hell abused out of him?.

I realize 10 games is not much but i only enjoy ranked play (same for basically all my games) and this chat restriction makes it really hard to enjoy ranked as people in silver don't usually recognize pings or don't understand them 100%, 1 message every 4 mins is impossible to work with. Especially when a champ gets fed and your trying to explain how to deal with him in fights.

This new tribunal system seems to be amazing, try to stay positive and end up being reported by 3 idiots and you get blocked, gj.

Would be great if riot actually reviewed my chat logs.

Thanks for reading.

You don't get punished for one game, except in the most extreme of circumstances.

You would have been getting reported regularly in your matches. The Reform Card only shows your most recent games; it's pointless to show you old logs that you wouldn't even remember, though you can request them.

THE OTHER PLAYER IN THE GAME I WAS REPORTED FOR WAS WAY MORE TOXIC THAN ME. HOW COME I WAS PUNISHED?

Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on.

If an ally is the one getting abused, you don't need to defend him either. Tell him to also mute them.
