Is it for real that you cant get the victorus skin at the end if you aint a high enough honor?? cuz i lost mine at the start of the year and after all t his time of just muting chat im only lv2 and it says im not high enough??

If you're level 2 honor you should be able to get end of season rewards.

I think level 2 is the barebone requirement to be back in good standing if I'm not mistaken. That said, you STILL have to get to Gold for the skin.
