two different games iv had people call me the n word over and over for no reason. they yelled all match just being racist, then in one i had a duo just sit in bushes and chat in all chat all game legit doing nothing and trolling while calling me the n word. i was banned two years ago for telling someone they sucked since the int'd my lane...and yet these people can play.

Hate speech (such as racism or homophobia) is considered zero-tolerance language and is punishable with an immediate 14-day ban.
It's not allowed, if you report them in-game or with a support ticket they'll receive punishment. Keep in mind that punishments can take time to be doled out, errors can occur, and there's no way to consistently verify if someone has been punished or not. Just report them and move on.
