Why am I banned for 14 Days

I get banned because a player on my team refused to play with the team. He never grouped and we would win 5v4, even without him. So we could have very easily won the game if he played with us. The game lasted over 45 minutes. Because I got mad at him for losing us the game, I get reported by him for calling him a %%%got and I have a 14 day ban now because of that. In my opinion that's is pretty wrong. All the while this guy is probably still able to play the game causing trouble for his next team probably. According to all of riots feed back boards there is nothing I can do. Also, this is my first report and I had a the highest honor level. 14 day ban! Are you kidding me!?

So, because you did not like someone's playstyle, you decided to use hate speech and abuse him verbally? You should not need a warning that hate speech is absolutely and utterly unacceptable in a video game.

Your honor thing is irrelevant. Just because you got honor doesn't make you invulnerable to the system. You have no excuse for your actions, just because a player didn't meet your standards gives you the okay to harass him. Homophobic slurs are absolutely wrong and you're not going to get away with it. That is why you were punished.

Next offense is a permaban.

It's a valid strategy. When a fed bruiser is split pushing, try NOT engaging 4v5 next time. Sheesh.

You're in NA, you should know better than to use homophobic slurs. That's not something that Riot should have to warn you about. It's something you are expected to learn by the time you are old enough to play this game.

As such, Riot punishes the use of homophobic slurs much more harshly than they do for minor toxicity.

First of all since when is everything homophobic or hate speech. That's all i'll say. I was mad and swore at him, yes I'll take that and don't tell me none of you have ever swore at someone. Also, If you watch the game he clearly wasn't split pushing, because he didn't push anything, just cleared a waved and recalled and then hid in our jungle. Rest of the team was pretty mad at him too.

I had this once happening to me as i didn't know that word was mean in any kind as one of my favorite youtubers (SovietWomble) is using the word repeativly in his Videos and on stream so i thought it was like saying "Fuck" ..

Nothing wrong with the 14 day ban. You insulted him. You got the 14 day ban.

You pre much skipped all the restrictions up to 14 days. Keep it up and it's a perma.
