Banned for exploits and 3rd party software use??

I've been playing this game for 4 years now (since the release of Quinn) and I constantly try to abide by the rules. I was banned just minutes before the end of last season and now come to realize that it was a permanent suspension...

I'm being accused of exploiting the game via scripts and whatnot, but I've NEVER used any of those things on my account. I've only ever used Skype and Curse Voice. I don't know how to use a script or where to even find such things. I've been trying to speak to Player Support, since November, to find out what it was that I'm being a accused of, but they won't tell me because it'll compromise security... Meanwhile, I'm still left in the dark as to what I did or what evidence they have. I've invested well over $500 on this account in champs and skins, not to mention all of the time I've put into the game. This game and account is a part of me and I care deeply for it. This is the only severe disciplinary action I've ever received on this account. I even got the summoner icon for good behavior...

I just want my account back... I want to know why I'm not being told what I did wrong. A warning that something my have compromised my account could've given me a chance to have my laptop checked out to see if there were any bugs in my system that could've come off as a "script" or change my password... I've been having security issues with my google account as well and I just don't want to lose this...

Please RIOT... I haven't done anything wrong...

Dont let them tell you differently, They will undo account bans.

They can't make you comply with Terms of Service if they do not enforce the TOS on themselves. Basically they can not have it both ways.

Also, you can charge-back the money you spent, since they are not providing the service they agreed to provide when you paid them.

They banned a 5 year account of mine for using Curse Voice. Something they also say is ok to use.

i'm guessing you shared your account with someone, and that person used an illegal 3rd party program. like the person who used your account for a week in november spamming Kalista.

Hey here is a IDEA! Don't script, Don't abuse bugs, and you wont be banned! You don't own those skins, RIOT owns those skins! You merely pay to use them. Now sit down, I hope your operation gets blown wide open. What many people fail to realize is that their is a underground market for HIGH ELO ranked accounts. A lot of pro's are in on it as well. But that's entirely a different subject.

sure you didn't use anything else like mkjogo? and few years ago curse was a bannable offense but not anymore nowadays, i honestly don't know, sorry :\ keep trying to contact support

Yea, keep on ranting about how you have 'good behavior' and spent 'all kinds of money'. That right there is why you are guilty of scripting. You WEREN'T banned for bad behavior - and money won't stop your account from getting whacked by Riot. But since you ARE guitly, and you know it - you are throwing out false positives about your account, but it's a true positive on why you were banned (scripting). It's psychology bro. You just convicted yourself. GG bye.
