Players who Feed or Stay AFK

Hello friends , it's there a way to "demote" some players so they can't play RANK GAMEs ? because 90% of my games someone feeds because they want to or stay AFK because they don't want to play anymore .they should play co-op games so that they will not develop this kind of negative attitude in their future games
