Client bug or not ?!

Hello friends, can i ask if someone have my problem with the videos on client or any video ?

Example : now we can see in client video's with VARUS ( Varus : as we fall , Varus Retribution etc. ) i click on then and dosen;t open nothing , nothing happened ? Now the "Day 3 Highlights : All-Star 2017 , All-Star 2017 News and Updates" , same as the "Report a bug right-down button in client i click on him and nothing happened . Every time something new appears in my client i click on them and NOTHING HAPPENED ! :sad

Please i need some advices :sad

P.S I have this problem like over a month ago.
