Can you lose honor without getting punished?

Hey!

I was wondering if you could lose honor without getting chatbanned or even 2 week suspension. I mean, you get automatically "Dishonerable" if you get one of these punishments but can it go the other way around? And is that why people are "stuck" in Level 0 or 1? And how does the system work anyway? Do they only count reports or do they actually care about context or what people write? I don't understand why everything has to be so unclear.

There is actually an honor reset when the season starts, just like your rank, but you won't go down to honor 0 unless you received a punishment.

You only loose Honor through punishments. Honor is often locked after punishments Till the Player Shows improvement. That's what people mean with stuck.
