Leaver Buster info please? When does it reset

Yeah, I'm a game exiting team member sometimes. It takes a lot to push me over the edge though. Over the course of a year I've had this leaver buster thing happen 3 times, so now my account is on a 20 minute wait. Here's the deal though, I've played like 1500 ranked matches this season. So consider that before you think I quit to often. I've become rather impatient since the recent patch, I go on tilt way easier since games "get out of hand" way to easy. So I have left probably 3 games since the patch update, but I've played over 100. Anyways, when is this bullshit going to "reset" I'm not pleased with waiting 20 minutes for 5 games. That's just retarded and does not respect my personal free time. (You don't respect other peoples time you leave games!) I leave the games that are completely over, the games where anybody with sense would surrender, but you have those two ass wholes who want to drag it on to piss off everybody because they hate their lives. Thanks for the time, give me a reasonable response, not interested in arguing.
