Is anyone else having trouble logging onto RIOT games suppport

Yesterday I tried to log onto RIOT games support and it kept cycling between http://prntscr.com/9mup21 and http://prntscr.com/9mupar (as soon as one page had loaded it would immediately load the other). After sending a tweet to RIOT games support twitter they suggested clearing my cookies and after clearing my cookies I just get http://prntscr.com/9mw5a6 or http://prntscr.com/9n47l1 . Is anyone else having issues with RIOT games support or is it just me. I have been able to log onto RIOT games support in the past and the only tickets I have submitted have been a lengthy and ongoing thread in regards to a false accusation that I have been "MMR boosted". The web browser I am using is google chrome if that is important. If you have any suggestions on how to fix my log in issues I will be happy to hear them I am assuming this is a problem on my end since I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue.
