After 8 years why are there still a fair amount of trolls in this game?

I want to personally hear from Riot on how a summoner named <removed by moderation> gets to keep his account. In our game we was intentionally feeding and trolling. You can look it up, my summoner name is notan03. I want to hear what is being done to stop this. In his match history this is not the first time he has done this which tells me Riot doesn't care about those of us who have to deal with people like him. It's people like him that cause me to take 6-8 month breaks from League. I take ranked seriously. I can handle losses. I can not handle losing free LP because of people who afk from game or intentionally feed because it is funny to watch others get angry. I want to hear solutions from you on how to get rid of these trolls. I've played this game for years and the fact that it is still prevalent all these years later is disturbing to me. I used to actually put money into this game buying skins and such. Haven't in I don't know how long. My philosophy is if you don't care about us the players, we don't care about you and supporting your game with money. 8 years and this is still a breeding ground for trolls. Unreal. I honestly don't understand how you still have a player base.

And I'm sure I will get the usual people stating "it happens to everyone so shut up" posts. My question is why does it have to happen to everyone? lol End of rant.

After thousands of years of civilization (or 100s of years of this civilization), why are there still law breaking assholes?

I've removed the name from your post, as we don't allow naming and shaming on the boards.

If you didn't report them in the post game, you can submit a ticket regarding this player.

If you have any questions about this moderation, feel free to reach out to us in the Boards Discord.

Edit the name out of this post or take it down. Putting a player's summoner name in a post like this on the Boards is considered public shaming and can get you either restricted or banned from the boards.

That being said, I'm a mostly casual player and, if I had control over it, I would permanently ban any player who did this in my normal games. The sole reason I didn't get gold last season was because I had 3 straight games where people were intentionally feeding the instant I hit promos. And this season has been even worse for problems like that. I think that, after the deal with Tyler1, Riot has decided that they want to help reform players like this rather than removing them from the game. I personally think that this idea is completely stupid. Most of the time, these are entitled little children who have no respect for other people and who just want to make the lives of others miserable. Remove them and let us sane people play.

I do hope that Iron next year becomes the ELO of trolls, where all these players who are routinely toxic to the game end up.

Minority Report was not a documentary, dude. Riot can't preban someone for intentional feeding that they haven't already done.

Riot protects inters and trolls. Just like how they deleate their names and punish on boards for calling them out.

And don’t put too much value in what this “moderator” says about the rules. He/she broke their own rules and attacked me personally by accussing me of supporting a “rape culture” during the PAX discussion.
