You could always find a new game to play. The non-toxic people in the community are kind of sick of all the toxic player's shit anyways.

You don't get banned just for cussing. People don't even report for that. You get banned for directing it against other players in a hostile manner. For example, saying "Fuck me" won't get you punished, but saying "Fuck you" will.

If you've got problems with a player harassing you in chat, simply mute them. You are perfectly capable of not ganking and not having to listen to him. He'll stay salty, but you'll stay unbanned. It's a win-win. Well, for you. He's still salty, after all.

Nothing to do with anyone being offended or not. Nothing to do with whether they can take verbal abuse or not. Not that they can't, they simply refuse to.

Your situation is indeed frustrating, but that's considered problem between yourselves that need to be sorted out between the two of you. If it doesn't resolve, well, that player ends up being a bad team player and will end up at the bottom of mmr and ideally you wont run into players alike once your mmr gets high enough to match with actual team players.

He removed it because he's wrong and he knows someone is about to dig into it hard. No convictions, doesn't listen, won't stand by his word, and scares easily. Sounds just like a toxic player to me.
