One honest suggestion about locking 'toxic' players out of hexchests

Well if they get reminded after every game they will remember to be nice the next time
I have lag and couldn't connect, now I can't get rewards, and the most toxic thing I do is spam "Mordekiaser es numero uno", destroy my lane, and spam Mordekiaser in my games

lol i have a low priority queue after failling to stay connected to game(despite all other programs working) so ill probably get this msg from now on.
two things about this really piss me off 1 hextech crafting is about skill not behaviour 2 if they are gonna be total asses about this at least tell us. don't build our hopes then not tell us anything besides that tilting message
i just leave champ select really fast so i don't notice _

My favorite part is when your entire team gets a hextech chest and key for your S, even though they all flamed each other, and flamed you, but you're the one that's ineligible.
