I'd think this be a great idea. Only a Rioter or 2 would be needed to manage it and then maybe they can pass it along to the PBM department. Lets not sugar coat this. The automated report handling and punishing system is crap. There are more people then ever in League who are toxic and go on being toxic without getting punished because of the linear bots Riot has in place. I'm sick of seeing people rage every game and spew shit talk instead of playing. It be a little thing but I think it could go a long way.

I pretty sure Riot will never have something like this on their official website for multiple reasons.

The biggest reason, IMO, is to protect innocent players from false accusations. Even if you make a post claiming someone was toxic and you have "evidence" to back it up, these days it's fairly simple these days to edit the evidence to make it look like someone was being toxic when they really weren't. So something like this could easily cause witch hunts against completely innocent players. Only Riot would be able to tell if any provided evidence is true or not, but instead of moderating a board like this, it would be much simpler and easier on them if we reported players through the means Riot has provided us.

The report system does work, and I'd say that the PBM board shows a lot of evidence supporting it. Sure, sometimes players may sneak under the radar for some time without being caught, which is unfortunate, but they do get punished eventually if they continue their poor behavior.

I believe the system works also, but what bothers me is and this is only my opinion!

Too many pissed off people saying BS and less players standing ground and saying this is Not the way the game is viewed or played by the vast majority! Most of my friends or friends of friends never even come on here. In fact the only people I personally know who come on this board are people I have meet here.

I think us players could do more, not be A-holes all the time ( I can be one) but to try to help out in whatever way we can figure out and works..

That is just me though :)

Actually, I believe something could be done about this subject.

I'm not agreeing with you in all points, but it is a start at least. Personally, I have some ideals but can't do them on my own.

Basically we're more than willing to help out and teach those who are actually willing to listen, but they have to actually take the first step and be respectful to those trying to help them out rather than act like a little kid and yell and rage at those who don't or won't tell them what they want to hear.

Yeah I guess I know that, heck I've been here on and off since the GD switch. I just, well I kinda like to figure something that will help more then the "one" person I friend and help so I figure we could find or at least try something :)
