I take 2-3 week breaks from playing at times because of work and I dont ever remember getting punishment before. Maybe I did but never experienced it due to inactivity but was perma banned for following.

Your account only goes back into good standing when you play non toxic games. You likely had a suspension, but received this penalty without reform.

You seem to be overly concerned with what your teammates are doing at all times. The fact is not everyone is going to play the way you want them to. Harassing them about it isn't really going to accomplish anything except for making your team irritated with you.

Instead of being so vocal about what your team is doing wrong, maybe you should ping the map and lead the team in a positive way, making proactive shot calls.
