I was wondering why in the world transferring your account to another region reset your honor. It is extremely unfair that a honor 5 player's honor gets reset to 2, while a toxic honor 0 player instantly gets his honor back to 2. Fyi I was one of those slightly toxic players, when I transferred I was at honor 1 checkpoint 1 and I do not feel like I or anyone else deserves an instant honor 2.

thats weird. also since you and me are from euw, isnt it that we can transfer to turkey FOR FREE??? or did they change that?
It's possibly due to different regions having different cultural expectations of what constitutes poor behavior.
I don't know for sure, since I'm not Riot, but they may hold your status on the old server and it gets set to that when you go back.
If not... you're right, it does seem like a bad loophole in the honor systen
Was that after playing a game? It could also just be a matter of daily update of honor being at x time.
