Aside from calling people toxic (which they completely were from calling me a "%%%got" all the way to "fucking autistic retard" and everything in between) and bronze (which let's be honest, if I get banned for calling someone bronze that means Riot Games considers the Bronze rank an insult and everyone in it.)

I haven't actually been toxic myself, I was recently banned for being toxic and decided to reform to avoid exactly this outcome. I had learned that my old ways of interacting with players clearly weren't working in my favor. So instead, I tried my best to be just a fun interactive player, and deciding instead of being toxic towards toxic players I wouldn't stoop as low. Instead, I admit to having a bit of fun- whenever someone would try to insult me I'd just act as if I didn't understand because they spelled whatever insult wrong.

After the games I'd proceed to report the toxic players.

I assumed that the reports flagged the game for review, clearly this is not the case.

Personally I'd like an unban This wasn't ban worthy at all and in fact, if I was going to be punished, a simple mute would've sufficed. I've also spent a whole large some of money on this game, aswell. (however that's just a bigger dissapointment, less of a reason to unban me.)

Honestly I am willingly to act mature, but this ban is not justified by any means. I feel as if I should be unbanned.

Calling for reports is punishable. Arguing with your team, calling them children, provoking them. Pretty justified ban really.

And since you recently were banned (assuming you meant the 14 day ban), then the next punishment after that is a permaban. It even tells you that at the end of the email they send for the 14 day ban.

Enough to get permanantely banned? And honestly- aside from these games, I rarely ever ask for someone to be reported. I usually explain to the toxic player that I myself am going to report them. What makes matters worse is that these same toxic players had no repercussions.

That's just as reportable.

The system functions perfectly fine without any announcement in chat. The only reason you would have to tell someone you're reporting them is to antagonize them further or to "win" an argument.

True, But as a former toxic player, I'd stop when someone said that to me knowing the punishments. So I tried to use that mentality. However clearly it didn't work haha

No no no no I think you're misunderstanding me I meant, that usually if another player told me that I was going to be reported, I'd stop being toxic. The system does not work perfectly fine, due to the fact that I was banned a single minute after that game was over. A rioter really checked and decided a punishment all under a minute?

Also I told the player I was going to report them, not to antagonize or to win an argument as you claim. I told them that because I was going to report them.

Well as a former toxic player, when someone told me they were going to report me, I'd stop knowing the punishments. However I know your reply was meant to be insulting, I'm trying to explain the mindset I have when I inform a toxic player of their incoming report.

That's the thing, you didn't say, "calm down, or I'm going to report you". It's just "report <champion name>".

You imply that you're going to report them regardless of how they acted from that point on.

You don't know what "toxic" means in the context of the game, apparently. Lots of people have tried to help inform you on this. If you don't get this figured out, you will lose your new account, too. I'd rather that doesn't happen, but it's all up to you.

I understand, but that means the program itself is capable of fraud bans as well as mistaken bans! I'm not saying that's the case, I'm saying there is that possibility. No AI or anything like that is capable of being perfect.

I figured that was the reason, I feel as if I should unbanned though. Seeing as that I honestly really wasn't toxic or "as toxic" enough to get my account suspended permanently. I was trying my best to be reformed.

The way I see it, If riot truly did inspect my account from my last ban to this one, I'm sure they'd see how much I've improved in terms of player interactions. I don't think a rioter reviewed those games. -They both happened weeks apart -The ban was issued in under a minute from the last game played on that account.

That's my point, yes clearly I have some flaws and I have a long way to go in terms of being officially reformed. But if I was able to show you how I was a month ago Vs Now, you'd be able to see I've improved greatly in such a short amount of time.

I'm not saying at all I completely right, I'm saying that for what the situation is, I shouldn't have gotten permanently banned, maybe a chat restriction at most.

Heck, I'm sure there are waaaaay more players who are super toxic with no intention of reforming who're still able to play the game right now on the same accounts they're super toxic on.

I tried reform, and I guess Riot's system still deemed me as that toxic player from a month ago. Which is disappointing and I don't think it's right, so that's why I made the forum post to see if I may be able to get some sort of lifting on my ban.

Also I'm not using my improvement as a reason to be unbanned. I think I may have implied that. I just think the evidence used in my ban is a bit odd considering how far apart those games were in it's entirety. When I get chat banned- they always use more recent games, like 1-2 days apart, at least in my experience that's been the case.

There are certain words/phrases that can automatically trigger as a valid report, without the need for a rioter to go through and double-check. I don't know what all of them are, but a consensus on the forums is that one of them (which to be clear, you did NOT use from what I can see, just using this as an example) is fa$#@t, or ni---r. You get the idea.

With the increase in complaints regarding people threatening to report other players, which is considered a form of harassment, I suppose it's possible that one of the phrases relating to that could have been added to that list. Maybe something like "enjoy your ban" or "report X" I do not know for certain, this is just my speculation.

I would agree with you, that these logs aren't that bad. Would it have been annoying? Probably. Would I have been tempted to say some of the same things if they had said those things to me? Possibly. If you had no prior behavioral infractions, I could see this easily being just a chat restriction. But you already had the 14 day ban. And once you've gotten to that point, ANY behavioral infraction that results in a valid report can (and often does) lead to a permaban. It doesn't matter what the infraction is. And it does take longer than most people realize to get the level of punishment downgraded. A person can sit between the 14-day suspension and permaban for months, before good behavior will influence where they stand.

My advice to you would be to learn from this, and don't make these mistakes on your next account. If you can't keep from talking back when your team is insulting or trolling, mute them. If you've really changed your ways so that you are actively trying not to be toxic, then make it your goal to not even get a chat restriction on your new account.

Those are the first two things I wrote, that's true.

However before the game started, the toxic player I accused told us to dodge or he was going to waste our time and he was going to troll. The enemy team called me a bitch, and a %%%, and to get the sticks out my ass

Now, if we're being honest and I'm not saying you're wrong. Who's more toxic?

but you have to consider it as a whole

just like in the criminal system... you get in a fight you get a ticket go to court you get anger management and a fine... 2nd time you get probation, 3 rd time you do 6 months in county ... 4 fight does bodily harm and hurt someone bad ... attempted manslaughter and you do 2-5 in state pen... based off of priors

Being falsely banned I stated that I was tried to change the way I interacted due to my past punishments But because I feel I should be unbanned because I was banned falsely after knowing I've improved in terms of interacting with players, it means I haven't learned anything?
