I visit the boards frequently. I have posted once I think because I needed technical support. Other than that, I ever whine about anything, but I just had the most disgusting game I have ever had in my life.

I was with 3 premades, we were annihilating the enemy team and got all 3 inhibs... they only had our outer turrets. Our top laner said something to piss off the 3 premades, and what do they do? "Open mid" and sit afk in nexus. And I begged the enemy team to report but the salty kids just said "ez" and left the chat room.

Now I know it's going to take way more than my 1 report to get these goons punished, so I decided to post here in hopes a moderator would look into that match and give me some justice.

1 report is enough to flag a game for review. Asking for people to report is against the rules that in of itself and can get you in trouble. 4 people reporting one person is the same as 1 person reporting that same person.

I did not expect anything less, but that does not justify what they did. And they will go unpunished if they only receive 1 report. So I am hoping a moderator would do something or at least have their accounts tagged for this behaviour.

2 fun facts for you.

1: Premade =/= scum of the earth. However, scum of the earth CAN be in premades. I've seen more than my fair share of toxic solo players too. I don't assume any solo players I get matched with are the devil though.

2: Begging for reports is a worthless effort and a punishable offense. The report system doesn't care how many people in a game report the same person. It goes by number of games reported in, not simple report volume. The system is designed this way to prevent toxic premades from holding solo players hostage, as well as to prevent people from convincing the enemy team to mass reports upon specific players. Report begging is an effort by you to incite a group against an individual, and is thus considered a form of harassment.

If you reported them for their actions, then congratulations. That's the best thing you can do. It isn't up to you to decide when players should be punished. If they continue to do these things and a behavioral review is triggered, then your report will be considered in the decision making process of whether or not to punish these players.

Don't let their punishment status take up space in your head. At this point, the best thing to do is to just move on.

This is always good advice for any "problem" you may have in League.

Whatever system is in place there will be problem people and exploitation. Getting upset and preoccupied with some kind of vengeance isn't worth your time. If you had an extreme case of harassment or trolling, you could try emailing riot support or submitting a ticket, not sure if it'll do anything but might help you feel better.

ATM the in-game experience is probably at its lowest, since you can't even take refuge in ranked anymore. Hopefully that will change, but for now you should be prepared to encounter and deal with this kind of behavior, because it won't be the last time you get trolled.

It IS harassment when you purposefully leave out the entire explanation I gave you on WHY it is fair. But no. You'd rather cry about how I said yes without even considering the rest of my post.

And you still haven't answered any of my questions to you (despite saddling me with a black and white question about a gray area topic).

it is true that 1 report on that sepcific game won't get them punished.

In order to get them punished, they will need to show a consistant behavior (and validly reported) over a number of games.

You did your job in reporting them, and it would flag their accounts for review. If they keep doing that, they will be punished with a 14-day ban for griefing.

The key is not how many reports they recieve in a game, but how many games they were (validly) reported in.
