Riot is Doing Nothing

I'm fed up with getting these games as jungle (plat) and having extremely annoying laners that fail to cooperate as a team. It's been known that jungle gets the blame even when it's something they were not involved in. Warned our ekko top that kha was top, while I was ganking bot. He ignored the warning, no wards, and died. This happened near 3 times, which lead to kha getting fed. Then Ekko says "this jungle does nothing". ??? I did not want to focus on ganking a malphite early because he will just use his ult to escape ganks and still be relevant late game with ult. Kayle vs zed mid is just a lost lane after six. Ganked pre six blew her flash and she played safe out til next level (6). Know I should have ganked her around level 3-4, but I went bot first because they were over-extended after red camp. We were doing decent early until Ekko tried to throw the blame on me for him over-extending w/o vision. After his remark, Zed says, "yeah gg". Agreeing that it was my fault for losing the game, when it all could have been avoided if he just listened to my pings and dropped his ego for a second.

Now I have a mid laner that is trying to argue with me for majority of the game. Didn't mute the guy like I should have and just baited into getting angry with him.

My question is why are players like this allowed to play? They are literally just playing to get people angry so they can get punished. Hell, even my brother was punished just because a group of 3 people ganged up on him in chat. Yes, a group of 3 people tried down talking a 15 year old in a game. Why the hell was he permanently banned for telling them to 'shut the fuck up'? Yes, excuse his language but they had no reason to down talk him constantly for his mistakes in the game. So, why is your team not looking for these players? Is it because we have to wait for this new, useless system in place to take action?

Yes, I'm heated at the moment because that Zed really grinded my gears that game.

You might not have been the reason why you lost but you were ceartanly the part of the problem. Not with your actions but with your mindset.
