Snowballing Player Behavior

It seems as if my attitude as well as the attitude of other players just gets worse as the game gets more helpless. Like its not fun anymore to make one mistake and be punished to the point of abject uselessness in team fights. The game snowballs too hard, and with it so does toxicity.
