Effort
Why is it never okay to give up? Not every game is winnable, so why stress and do your best? Putting maximum effort into something that does not yield results- makes people crazy.

It's okay to "give up" as in wanting to surrender because you know the game isn't winnable, it isn't acceptable however for you to just give up and not play properly because your team refuses to surrender.
You are playing with five other people, if the other members of your team are putting in effort to play then you should too because you have a duty to your team to play until the game fully ends not before.
It's ok to give up as a team. It's not ok to force the rest of your team to give up.
And also because there is nothing more tilting than having your top laner go 0/5 in 6 minutes and have them go 'gg open top' or 'ff15'.
Because it's a team game. If your team doesn't surrender, you are expected to try your best.
