Toxicity

What are some tips for dealing with all types of players (specifically negative ones) so i don't trigger myself by responding, if i even do, to them?

options i've found useful but not fully helpful in all of the games as they still trigger me by trolling: -Muting them.

  • Ignoring them and focusing on myself. -Trying to find a fed teammate to try and 2v8 with.

Your tips are good except for the last one.

What I tend to do is identify those on my team that are doing poorly and help them out. Being bad or good is mostly mindset and if you are behind your mindset will grow worse making you perform better.

If you help them their mindset will improve, which will make them play better. They will also have more gold, which makes everyone play better.

Love.

I know it sounds wrong. Why would I show love towards someone abusing me?

  1. Being in a loving state of mind is much more pleasant than angry. (IMO)

  2. I've never seen a toxic argument settled by throwing more toxicity into the mix. I have seen players "un-tilt" because of a compassionate response.

  3. Sometimes people are just venting. I've said the absolute worst things without actually meaning them. I already regret what I said. Pointless to dwell on it.

  4. Your behavior can spread to others. What better feeling to spread than love?
