Afk mid laner ranked game, no remake option.

Annie was my mid laner and i ended up not getting the remake function after 3 minutes in game we noticed she didn't have any items, standing in the middle of the spawn pad and then didn't move anywhere for 13 minutes. Freaking out for those 13 minutes wondering why we didn't get a remake option we ended up losing the game ~29 minutes in and she was 1/19/3.

Without the option to remake we lost the ability to be spared for our LP and ended up tilting me the entire game because of it. Why didn't it let us remake?

Her reason for afk was that she was restarting her computer.

Is there any punishable course i can take outside of the game and if possible, is there also a way to get my teammates LP back? that's unfair for 4 players to suffer the affect of an afk when the reset option is unavailable.

She went afk after the game started then, she connected at the beginning so it didn't count as her being afk for remake. That's my guess

Bro, AFKs aren't a bad thing. You just have to carry. Now please don't ask the person why they're AFK, because that's toxic and ruining their fun.

to be honest, she did connect but she hit the restart button on her computer or there was a scheduled update, so during champion select something happened which counted her as a connected network and not as an afk. her computer shuts off once she does connect meaning that remake isn't an option. But what i really want riot to do besides for a bit of a better remake system is that once they connect and if they aren't actually playing by about 3 minutes; Even if they connect that is, then why do i have to play a game where we'll lose because someone (ended up being a full AS/AD pantheon) why do we get swcrewed?
