Bans?
So I just regained honor level 2. Am I able to be banned again without having a permaban? The last time was like last April.

It takes between three and six months of regular playing with good behavior to drop one penalty tier.
Regaining honor happens faster than punishment tier degradation.
You are no longer on thin ice, where one small misstep would end your account, but your next penalty would still probably be a permaban at this point. So continue to behave in line with the rules.
You can get permabanned easy.
Stop doing anything negative and play honorably forever from now on.
