Got my FIRST EVER Chat restriction for 10 games. Help?

Basically i got my first chat restriction. I am not saying a single thing aside form "GG WP" now. but my 10 games are up and i am keeping up the good behavior yet it still says i cant earn chests and keys due to behavioral restrictions. Whats going on? my restrictions are over and im not submitting to the mercy of trolls that want to see me rage. Help?[zombie-brand-mindblown]

It takes time to work off your ineligibility after the restriction.
