Why is publicly making a list of inters frowned upon? Like they are clicking the mid lane and feeding again and again. How can you just let it go by and say it's anything but intentionally ruining the game?

At the bare minimum, posting their name here does nothing. There's nothing feeding info here to the game or to the IFS, and Rioters are not obligated to look into reports here. Also, the potential for other users to simply photoshop or make up lies about a player far outweighs the minimal benefit of posting their names here.
If you use the post-game report system, that should suffice. If you feel that player was not punished or they had uniquely toxic behavior, then submit a support ticket.
If you open the flood gates and allow people to insult and blame others for intentionally feeding based off their own opinion, you're also allowing people to freely claim and blame their teammates for "intentionally feeding" when they are just having bad games.
Once you convince people of allowing this glorious impossible-to-abuse idea, please remember to add Snatch Merchant to the list. He was feeding in one of my games, I assure you! I'm a random person on the internet, surely you can trust me.
Calm down, it is just a game. no need to publicly mass same people. What is this, Auschwitz? Gonna give them all a gold star?
