I just got done with an ARAM where an MF was tilted and gave up, after I told her to just play and it will be over soon she told me to "Kill yourself you brain dead monkey". I see a lot of posts on the boards about saying that phrase, is it an automatic 14 day or permanent ban?

Riot, not me. ur basically shootin the messenger here, so classical. anyway, they are trying to make LoL a safeplace and listening to the players when determining these params and trigger words, mind you, so if you let's say open a ticket or make a petition to lower the required number of kys from 3 or 2 to just 1, then they might listen. but from all the other threads I've seen: someone jokingly or simply not knowing this particular trigger word or threshold, but typing it one time nonetheless, would not deserve a ban

If you forgot to report after the game you can always try submitting a support ticket about the player.
