Asking for reports, harassing back, overall negative chat log, sarcastic comments aimed towards teammates all could lead to a restriction. Despite saying "just report and mute" it looks like you did not do the second part of that and instead sank down to her level.

You don't need to ask for reports. One legitimate report is weighed the same as nine legitimate reports. Asking for reports is viewed as harassment.

Also, it doesn't matter what they were doing/saying. Take responsibility for your own actions.
