Draft Pick Alerts

Too many times, I've accidentally afked a ban while reading a build. While I get alerted for every single direct chat message, I don't for picks and bans which results in me sometimes missing them. Currently, I have to check by every minute or so and even then, risk missing the ban.

Adding an alert that functions the same way as chat alerts would help good-intentioned folks not accidentally miss the pick or ban and get the afk consequences.
