Riot Doesnt Care About Outside Game Harassment?

Just tried to report a coward who added me like 10 minutes after the game just to call me names then blocked me as quick as they could but the response I got was "you already reported that person after your recent game with them so we dont accept duplicate reports". This wasnt a duplicate report. This was a report for a separate incident. The person was terrible in the game, yes. But this was a completely separate incident where they added me 10 mins after the game, after I had forgotten who they were, to talk trash and block me asap. So what I am taking from this is riot doesnt give a damn what people say outside of the confines of your match with them. Apparently if you dont like someone you can just add them a bit later and talk all the trash you want and riot wont do anything about it.

why would you accept a friend request from someone who was toxic to you?

So you make an edit to insult the board members, when you came here to talk about something and you found it to not be an echo chamber. You're not going to garner much sympathy with that horseshit.

You have to opt in to getting flamed by that sort of trash, unlike a game where you cant really do anything about it without blocking people, whic hhas a negative effect on gameplay.

It is not really riot's problem, just dont accept friend requests from trash. If it was exceptionally bad, you can file a support ticket.

Yeah, don't accept friend requests from trash. Like the kind of person who would call someone they never encountered trash. Just a bad idea in general.

You know, funny thing was that I had a little "stalker" like this the other day. Kept trying to friend me even though I denied him numerous times. You know what I did? The last time his friend request came through, I let it sit and played a nice, long game of Summoner's Rift. Then I accepted his friend request, and sure enough, he had moved on to another game. BLOCK. And problem solved.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, I could have just blocked him from the "Recently Played" List, huh? Welp, that's on me.

I'm having trouble imagining them saying "you already reported that person after your recent game with them so we dont accept duplicate reports".

Got a screen shot?
