Need Urgent help please!! got perma ban for hacking or something when i never downloaded anything

Listen guys im not gonna bullshit you here, i never in my life downloaded a script for league or any of that shit, i have always tried to be a positive player to this community. I just want help if anyone with power could look into this because in support they act like robots, please someone help
