chat ban (restriction)

well hi am cool in 10 games am too toxic in the 11 th that's why i get banned some times i hold my selfs too many games but when it keeps going i just let it out and get a ban am fine the system is bit harsh but it's all good so i play this game with kayle top (ranked solo) and i got a lee sin jungle when we started lee sin wanted to invade a camille in her top jungle (our toplane was pushed out to me and midlane too) but it's fine garen rotated there and got a kill on him even tho i pinged him many times that they are coming he should back before he even go well garen got 1 kill+ red buff he backed and came back with tp too much strong for me because of a red buff (silver elo btw expect anything) i told him nicely to gank top cuz i need help to deal with the red buff but he didn't come and he didn't want to come that's fine too i cooled my self and kept playing safe sadly i didn't ward maybe and i got ganked and with garen red buff i died fine but i had tp and garen isn't good to push so i ha d a huge wave almost crushing into the tower so i ddn't feel bad cuz with tp i can get all that minions almost 2 waves in one i pinged that am going top and my tp is up lee sin came top and got all the farm well that triggered me am not an angel to be cool after that am a human so i got so mad i started trolling fine i do that once in a year and ii was already ona big winning streak so one loss isn't gonna change anything i was gonna throw that game in the garabge and go next well my team wanted to report me of curse in low elo your teammates don't care if you get trolled as long as it's not in there lane i warned that lee sin s many times don't do but anyways he took the farm and said (want more?) okay i got chat restricted 9 games so now WHY THE FUK HE DIDN4T GET A BAN AND I GOT ONE I ENDED UP 0/15 HE ENDED UP 1/10 HE TROLLED TOO FFS WHY THE FUK HE DIDN4T GET A BAN IS THIS A FUKING JOKE EVEN THIS PIECE OF SHIT GAME HAS NO TICKETS I TRYED SO MANY TIMES TO RIGHT A TICKET BUT IT DIDN4T WORK IT KEEP SAYING I NEED TO LOGIN WHILE I ALREADY LOGGED IN I ACCPEPT THE RESTRICTED CHAT BAN BUT WHY HE DIDN4T GET ONE WHY DID I NOT GET A NOTE THAT HE GOT BANNED
