so hi i tried t submit a ticket but it didn't work it says login and am already logged in so i came here hoping that a someone from riot gives me a an explanation so basically i was playing jhin and my support was sona in level 1 i engaged on them cuz ik i'd beat them cuz i played enough games to know my dmg and when i started the fight sona stood behind me move back and forward without auto attcking or using any spells or using summoners or doing absolutly nothing after awhile i pinged him to help me he did nothing anyways that oviously tilted me so hard :D after i asked him why he did that he started flaming and of curse am human being i started flaming back but i didn't say things like kys or cancer or some shit like that flame like normale talk and of curse when i told my team ot report him it's silver elo if someone is not trolling in there lane they don't give a shit they didn't want to report him but they reported me instead and btw i had a 1/10 wukong flaming me too xD anyways after the game i got a 10 games chat ban and i didn't reseave anything that tells me that sona or wukong got banned as well :) so what i want to say am i invisible or my baning system doesn't work or maybe it's my bad why did i get banned and he didn't get ban xD am actually curious and btw he flamed the shit out of me him and wukong with kys and shit like that why the fuk didn't they got banned is this fukign joke am sorry for the language but this is absolutly fukign hideous either we get all banned or we all don't get banned he's name is <Removed by Moderation> sona player and wukong <Removed by Moderation> cuz honestly this is making me so damn mad :) i don't care that i got chat bani deserve it that's fine bit harsh but that's fine but why didn't you fukign ban him plz tell me :)

Each player is judged individually for their own behavior and their own behavior alone. If you reported them and they have a history of poor behavior then they will receive a punishment if they haven't already. Also you don't always get the "a player you reported was punished" message because it only appears for the player whose report triggered a punishment on the problem player in question. Because of that it's foolish to rely on that message alone when trying to prove that the behavioral systems are broken or not.

Lastly I've edited out the names in your OP since name and shame isn't allowed here on the forums. Why? Because we have no way of knowing if what you've described of X player(s) is true or not and because it's very easy to claim that X player did Y simply because they did something you didn't like (you in the general sense I mean).

Ok. I've understood the names you dropped and that goes against the board rules of naming and shaming. By all means, keep the names on hand for when you get the support system working but for the love of all that is holy and readable, please use punctuation!
