No, they literally aren't. The mods aren't Rioters, they're outsourced. Did you report the other guy? The mods don't pay as close attention to the boards that aren't the GD.
TBH Riot aren't biased. I openly say Fk Riot all the time. Riot has deleted or requested to delete my posts before... and they don't play favorites.
