This was probably discussed a million time but... this are my 2 cents

I only owned 1 account before i made a new one few days ago because i want an actual account where i can see how much i can climb with 1 champion.

Every game has a few smurfs in it (which is just fine for me), but damn... I feel so bad for the few new players i encounter:

they literally get called:

  • sack of shit
  • trash human being
  • mongoloid
  • r%%%%%ed
  • handicap (offensively)
  • monkey
  • scrub
  • scum
  • etc.

I literally got to see all of these insults in something like 5 games.

Not to mention all the "i wish you die" or "get cancer" and i could go for days more.

People should remember how bad they were when they first started playing this game.

Now, I started playing in season 3 and the game was nowhere close to this state. Well, I will be honest, i thought some people were lying when they brought this argument to this board but i was wrong.

I had the mute button when i first started playing, so this point is moot. Even then, i responded well to negativity because it was always a indicator that my team(mate) was frustrated over my performance, and it was a sign that i had to improve

Yeah new players getting trashed is definitely a reality. It was that way when i started too, but I actually played sc2's dota custom before league, so I kinda knew how to play already. I just didnt know the details, like my first game i went Wu Kong top, and ignorantly asked my team if wukong was a good champ, which was met with hostility lol. (I think i started during season 4)

There is a difference between true new players and people playing on alts like yourself. Match making can detect that you are an experienced player and match you with players with the same experience.

Alot of times, those players creating alt accounts are not creating because they want do a 1 trick account like yourself, but rather they got banned for toxicity and hasn't learnt a thing, thus they continue with their toxic ways after creating another account.

Good thing is that the noobs won't be seeing much of that.
